Mind the gap.

Our school's Academic Decathlon team got fifth place in the statewide competition out of the 23 that competed. We've never done so well! AND we got 3rd in the SuperQuiz as well as first in our region of the state!

!!!!

And, my reading the entire 90-page SuperQuiz packet paid off! I got 4 out of my 5 public SuperQuiz questions right and I somehow pulled of a silver medal in the written SuperQuiz!

I'm still in shock over the whole thing. I was the high scorer on our team and I also got a silver medal in the Essay competition... dfoaisdfnwel. And it was against those insane studyaholics from the private schools who were also in my A-category.

EEEK.

Three medals... I never expected it.

But I think we're all happy. And, Nicole was nice. *grin*

And I'm getting a graineag!!!
