I have 15 days of school left since I'm exempted from all of my would-be finals. How amazing is that?! And a month from today, I will be in England with some of my best friends and one of my favourite teachers.

Therefore, if I can get through the next few hectic weeks of school, I'll be okay.

Plus, PoA comes out in less than two weeks... Catie told me today that her sister won tickets to see it next Monday... I'm jealous! I'd love to see it early! She was asking me in maths if it's good since she hasn't read the book, and I told her yeah, it's my favourite of all five... lucky girl.

So, uhm... check this out! Dommeh's going to be in a new ABC show next fall. I love what the girl who runs Bag End Inn said: Directed by JJ Abrams of Alias and Felicity fame, the pilot for ABC/Touchstone's Lost is the most expensive ever filmed, at over $10 million. The largest chunk of this is for the set: a shredded passenger jet currently taking up residence on Hawaii's Oahu, which is filling in for the uncharted desert isle the cast finds themselves on. Comparisons are easy: Survivor meets Gilligan's Island meets virtually any ensemble piece out there, but Abrams' success with Alias gives this one an edge. The reports of there being a twist of spooky happenings on Skull Island make it rather more appealing, too. And hey, it has Dom. He could just hang around on the island sunbathing half-naked and occasionally surfing on pieces of cracked-up airplane and I'd still watch religiously every week. *looks pointedly at ABC execs*

Har har har. Something to look forward to in the new school year, at least.
