On another topic entirely, my pets have been very disgusting today. First, we took the hedgies out and let them run around the kitchen so we could clean the cage, but since they smelled really gross the mother started using a damp washcloth to clean them. Then the dogs, who were outside, managed to escape the fenced-in backyard and ended up at the front door. When I let Molly in I noticed that she smelled absolutely disgusting, and I then saw that she'd managed to catch a dog dropping, which was hanging from the fur around her neck... she's a semi-long haired chihuahua, so she has all this hanging long hair on her neck. So after managing to grab the thing and flush it, I had to give Molly a bath, then wash the tub before I could shower... ugh. It was quite gross.

In other news, the family has been accepted to get the Spanish exhange student, and now we have to set up a meeting to read the kids' letters and pick one. ^_^
