Mind the gap.

So, Kelly spent her Saturday night hanging at her chemistry teacher's house and looking at tonnes of science-related paraphernalia, yes? Mmhmm... Sarah called me around 7 asking if I wanted to go over her house and play cards or something, so I picked up Justine and Kim and we went over. Since we were under the impression that Stou would be away until Sunday and Ed was home alone, we decided to invite him to come over, but prank call him first... see, he told us that his phone number is the same as the Walmart Photo Centre's number except for one differing number, so he says he always gets wrong numbers where people ask if their photos are done. So Steph and I had the bright idea to call him, and I'd pretend to be Rayner Unwin [hah... Ed talks about him all the time] asking if my photos were done.

Only, when I called, a cheery and VERY female voice said "Hello?" I got very confused, since Stou wasn't supposed to be home 'til Sunday, and blurted "Who is this?!" and she said "It's Mary, is this Kathryn?" I said I had the wrong number and hung up. Then Sarah called and said the same thing, but neither of us thought it sounded like Stou at all (despite the fact that her name is Mary), so we decided that there must be an imposter in Ed's home. After Steph called a few times but got no answer, we decided to walk to Ed's house to make sure everything was okay... hah.

Well, apparently Sarah was wrong and Stou was due home on Saturday night... so yeah, we'd been talking to her on the phone.

So Stou invited us in, jumping around and showing us all the loot she'd stolen from the National Science Teacher's Convention in Atlanta, and we stayed until about 9:30 talking and such... it was quite fun. Needless to say, Ed did not come play cards with us by the time we left... but we went to Sarah's and played The Simpson's Clue, which I won... went home and watched SNL with the Trumpster (snort)... and yeah.

I had a weirdo dream that I can't really remember, but it involved Stou making fun of Mel's nickname, which apparently was 'Uzo' (IRL that's Stou's cat's name o_O) because Stou said it meant something dumb in Greek, but then suddenly it was Sarah's nickname and she was all upset. Then we got on a bus to go somewhere and Ed and I commandeered somebody's seat... Julie was in it too, though I'm not sure where... strange.

Yep.

Went to church last night; going to dad's and Ian's footie game later... mmhmm.
