Mind the gap. 29 March 2004 Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you agree that if your profession is one that requires you to be in close proximity with your clients' faces, you ought to have somewhat-pleasant smelling breath? Especially if you are an optometrist, since you need to get up close and personal with the eyes and their general area, which just happens to be located very close to the nose, which just happens to be very sensitive to unpleasant smells, which sometimes can emanate from one's mouth.I mean, really. Is it so difficult to pop in a breath mint before your patient comes in? Honestly... it's common sense, at least from my point of view. Would you like it if that unpleasant odor so offended my sensitive olfactory nerves that I ended up becoming sick to my stomach and vomiting on you? I doubt it. ^_^ Have a nice evening, folks. |
